Xmas Skate
Come along on Saturday 6 December, for our last night disco of the year. Entry is $6.00 which includes free skate hire. Blade hire is $3.00. Prizes for best costume.

Congratulations
To those Club members selected to represent New Zealand at the Artistic Oceanias to be held in Dandenong, Melbourne (July 2 - 5, 2009). The skaters are Emma Hazelwood, Nika Thomson, Kelsi Linney, Stefanie McCallum, Emma Patrick, KImberley Dean, Sarah-Jane Jones, Laura McKenzie, Basil Jones, Paula and Roger Boulcott.
Congratulations Sarah-Jane
Congratulations to club member Sarah-Jane Jones, pictured right, who is the only Wellingtonian to be selected for the five strong team to represent New Zealand, at the World Artistic Roller Skating Championships in Taipei. Sarah-Jane will compete in Freeskating, Figures, Inline Freeskating and Freeskating/Figures combined. She left NZ two days after the selection competition to train in America until worlds with renowned coaches Pat and Mike Jacques.
